Thanks to the pointers to CafePress and Etsy :)
I'm also going to check out Zazzle too.
I haven't been very happy with the available apparel products on CafePress - and I've not yet had a chance to look very closely at Zazzle yet. My main problem is ideally i'd like high quality organic cotton or hemp shirts - but the only way that is going to happen is if I print the darn things myself. As for the cards, cups, mousepads and such, I still haven't decided which way to go. Anyone have anything to say about either Zazzle or CafePress's print on demand for those types of items? Good quality? Crisp images?

I have heard that the quality(the fabric) of the shirts are not very good at Cafe Press.
Quality-wise I'd recommend checking out spreadshirt.com... Not sure if they have this organic stuff though...
I've only used Cafepress and not the others that are mentioned. The mug and trivet tiles that I got are nice enough, and the imprint is pretty clear. The ladies ringer t-shirt that I got is thin and the sizing is very small.
