My poor kitchen is just not turning anything interesting out lately - I'm not feeling motivated or inspired to cook....

However, this seems like something right up my alley. Perhaps I should suggest it to my cohorts back at my alma mater...

LN2 *drat* unfortunately, my stock of LN2 is running a bit low. *sigh*
